Postures for preventing headaches
Correct your posture to prevent headaches. Poor posture such as slouching at your desk, using shoulder & ear to hold the phone can trigger headache.
Other examples of poor posture include staring at a screen that is too low or too high, hunching your shoulders, and using a chair with poor support for lower back. All these can trigger tension headaches as a result of pressure build-up in the head and neck muscles.

Knee Replacement Surgery
Knee replacement surgery is a procedure that is performed when the knee joint has reached a point when painful symptoms can no longer be controlled with non-operative treatments. In a knee replacement procedure, your surgeon removes the damaged joint surface and replaces it with a metal and plastic implant.
A total knee replacement is a major surgery, and deciding to have the surgery done is a big decision. Here are some signs to look for to help you decide if the time is right, or not right, for knee replacement surgery.
What do Medical Tourism Facilitators typically do?
Medical Tourism Facilitators are like Visa Agents. They work under a set guidelines and choose the best possible package from international hospitals to provide affordable healthcare to millions of uninsured/under insured patients as well as insured patients who can't be on standby on long waiting list.
The larger the international hospital network they participate in, the better options they can give to patients. For facilitators to provide right value, they must have upto date pricing, content/treatments, hospital ratings, accreditation information plus latest updates on local and destination country's political/visa restrictions policies and procedures.
In $3.3 trillion domestic and international medical tourism industry that includes surgical, cosmetic, dental, vision(lasik, catract, etc), surrogacy, wellness tourism, there is a lot facilitators can offer :

Medical Tourism Industry
Medical tourism is a massive and rapidly growing travel sector all over the world and is forecast to be worth USD100 billion by 2012.
The sector is growing at a rate of 20-30% a year with no slowdown foreseen. The Times of India recently cited figures from Frost and Sullivan, the business research and consulting firm. The company estimated that the medical tourism industry was currently worth USD78.5 billion (calculated to the end of 2010). It caters for over three million patients who travel around the globe for medical care.
The Middle East is one of the latent source markets of patients and it is estimated that 20% of healthcare seekers worldwide are from Gulf and Arab states. Patients from UAE alone spend about USD 2 billion in healthcare travel on an annual basis.
